A man in his 60s has died after being involved in a single-vehicle collision in County Donegal. The incident took place at approximately 15:30 local time on Tuesday, on the Shore Road in Kerrykeel. A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána (Irish police) confirmed that the man suffered fatal injuries when the car he was driving was involved in the solo collision. The local coroner has been informed, and arrangements are being made for a post-mortem examination, the spokesperson added. The Shore Road is currently closed, and forensic officers are expected to carry out a technical examination on Wednesday. Gardaí have appealed to potential witnesses, particularly those with dashcam footage, to come forward.
