A man is currently in critical condition at a hospital after being involved in a collision with a car. Authorities reported that the individual, who is in his 40s, was struck by a grey VW Tiguan on Herringthorpe Valley Road, near its intersection with Far Lane in Rotherham, around 16:30 GMT on Saturday. He was transported to a medical facility where he is receiving treatment for injuries described as life-threatening. The vehicle’s driver remained at the location and is cooperating with South Yorkshire Police’s ongoing investigations, the force stated.
