Asen Kurtev, 46, of Carlton Road, Boston, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. These charges follow a collision in which one woman died and five individuals sustained injuries. Mr. Kurtev also faces four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The charges are connected to a two-car crash that occurred just before 07:00 GMT on 4 March. The incident took place on the A16 between Kirton and Sutterton roundabout, near Boston, and resulted in the death of a 39-year-old woman. Mr. Kurtev is scheduled to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 22 January.
