This development increases the total number of alleged offences against him to 30. Samuel Rust, aged 22, formerly residing in Boverton, Llantwit Major, within the Vale of Glamorgan, faces charges of rape, sexual assault, strangulation, and actual bodily harm (ABH). Law enforcement officials have indicated that these alleged offences occurred in locations across Gloucestershire and South Wales. He was previously remanded into custody in May after initial charges were brought against him, which included rape, strangulation, and sexual assault. His appearance at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court is scheduled for Wednesday to address these most recent charges.
