A 33-year-old man has died following a collision between his motorbike and a car in East Sussex. The incident occurred on Wednesday at approximately 16:40 GMT on the A26, specifically on Earwig Corner at the junction of Uckfield Road and Ringmer Road, situated between Lewes and Ringmer. Sussex Police has issued an appeal, requesting witnesses or anyone possessing relevant footage from dashcams, mobile devices, CCTV, or doorbell cameras, to make contact with the force. The motorcyclist, whom police indicated was a local resident, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident. His next of kin have been notified.
