According to Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, the fire commenced around 02:40 GMT within the front bedroom of a flat situated on Ashby Road. The incident resulted in no injuries, though it inflicted substantial damage upon the property’s bedroom and roof, and also impacted a neighboring structure. Humberside Police confirmed that a 31-year-old man was apprehended on suspicion of arson with intent.
