West Yorkshire Police stated that the e-bike struck a Vauxhall Astra on Broadlea Terrace, near its junction with Broadlea Close, in Bramley, at approximately 21:10 GMT on Monday. Officers confirmed that the 20-year-old male was transported to the hospital for treatment, where his condition remains critical.
