Asa Tuohey, 26, faces two counts of attempted murder following an incident where a woman in her 50s was struck by a vehicle in a pub car park. The charges stem from a collision that occurred on 6 December at the Cock Beck pub, located on Pendas Way in Crossgates, Leeds. West Yorkshire Police reported that officers responded to the scene just before midnight, where the woman was found to have sustained serious injuries. Mr. Tuohey, whose address is Langbar Green in Swarcliffe, also stands accused of the attempted murder of a man in his 40s. He is scheduled to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court at a later date. A spokesperson for the police confirmed that Mr. Tuohey faces additional charges, including dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving while unfit through drink, and driving without insurance. Furthermore, he has been charged with wounding with intent concerning the injuries sustained by the woman.
