A 33-year-old individual has been taken into custody and formally accused in connection with a man’s death, which occurred after a house fire in Annan. Emergency personnel discovered the remains of 58-year-old Joseph Ernest Johnston after responding to an incident on Lady Street in the town around 06:55 on Tuesday.
