A man and three teenagers have appeared before a court, facing accusations of murder in connection with the death of a homeless man. The victim was reportedly assaulted while seeking shelter in a bin shed located in central London. The victim, Anthony Marks, aged 51, suffered an assault during the early morning hours of August 10 on Cromer Street, an area close to King’s Cross St Pancras station. After being discharged from the hospital, he was readmitted two weeks later due to a seizure and subsequently passed away on September 25. Mia Campos-Jorge, 18, residing in Haringey, and Harry Gittins, 35, from Camden, along with a 17-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, whose identities are protected due to their age, all appeared at the Old Bailey. They have been charged with murder. Judge Mark Dennis KC scheduled a plea hearing for February 17.
