The aMaizin! Adventure Park in Jersey, a well-known family destination that draws up to 90,000 annual visitors, is scheduled to cease operations on 31 August 2025. This closure, occurring after nearly 25 years, is due to owners Carlton and Kristina Le Feuvre’s decision to retire and dedicate more time to their family. The Le Feuvres confirmed that there are no intentions to develop housing on the site or to sell the property. They also noted that staff members were kept informed throughout the closure process. Mrs Le Feuvre expressed the difficulty of the decision, stating: “This has been an extremely difficult and emotional decision for us to make because we have absolutely loved the journey of growing a destination for families, creating activities and experiences, and seeing our young guests grow and flourish.” Established in 2001, the park offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities, alongside a farm park. Mrs Le Feuvre further elaborated, saying: “Following many discussions between Carlton and I and our daughter Francesca who joined the business in 2019, we now need the flexibility to have more time for ourselves and our family.” She added: “We love living on the farm and have no wish to sell up and move on so have made the difficult decision to close the business in its current format.” The owners expressed their desire for the building and land to retain a community aspect, and indicated that, pending planning approval, they would explore a “less intensive use” for the premises. They also confirmed that current tenants, such as the K9 Wellness Centre, are expected to continue operating after the park’s closure. Mrs Le Feuvre concluded by stating: “We would like to say thank thank you to everyone who has supported us through our journey of transforming a farm into a recreation and retail business and to our amazing staff whose hard work has made all those memorable experiences possible.”
