The formal inquiry into the death of a four-month-old baby has commenced and been adjourned. Kali Green, from Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire, passed away after emergency services were summoned to a house just before 13:45 on 18 October. The inquest in Haverfordwest was informed that despite the dedicated efforts of paramedics, Kali was pronounced dead approximately an hour later. A post-mortem examination was conducted, and the inquest heard that the cause of death was unknown. Police had previously apprehended two individuals, who have since been released on police bail. The inquest has been adjourned until 11 April next year, pending further investigations.
