An individual has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing incident in Norwich. Norfolk Police responded to a call on Mousehold Street at approximately 22:15 GMT on Friday. The victim, described as being in his 40s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Elvis Vickers, 46, who resides on Mousehold Street, has been formally charged with murder. He is scheduled to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Monday. A 37-year-old man, who was also involved in the investigation, has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
