Huddersfield Giants have mutually agreed to part ways with players Harvey Livett and Hugo Salabio. Second-row forward Livett and French prop Salabio were informed that their opportunities for first-team play at John Smith’s Stadium would be restricted. Livett, 27, participated in 26 Super League games during his two years with the Giants, having moved from Salford Red Devils two years prior. The 24-year-old Salabio made 14 appearances for Huddersfield in his single season, after joining on a three-year deal from Wakefield Trinity. Huddersfield is currently preparing for the 2025 season under the guidance of new full-time head coach Luke Robinson, following their ninth-place finish last term.
