Silent disco events are set to be held at two historically significant structures, welcoming evening participants. The Roman Baths and the Guildhall, both located in Bath, are scheduled to host these events on Friday and Saturday, with additional dates planned for February. Participants will have the option to select their preferred music on their headphones, with choices available across two live channels and a pre-arranged playlist. Paul Roper, a councillor for Bath and North East Somerset, commented: “These events offer a truly unique way to experience the rich history of the Roman Baths and Guildhall while enjoying a fun, modern twist.” Mr Roper further stated: “It’s a perfect opportunity for residents and visitors alike to come together, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories in our city’s heritage landmarks.” The silent disco sessions at the Roman Baths are scheduled for Friday and 7 February, while those at the Guildhall will occur on Saturday and 8 February.
