Gary Sim, a 53-year-old man, has been identified as the individual who died in a collision in Renfrewshire. Law enforcement officers were dispatched to the location on Beith Road, Johnstone, around 02:00 on Saturday, following reports of an accident involving a single vehicle. Mr. Sim, who resided in the local vicinity, was transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The roadway was closed to enable police to conduct their investigations and was reopened during the early hours of Sunday morning.
