Photographs have revealed the substantial damage sustained by a bungalow following a fire. Suffolk Fire and Rescue was alerted at 06:40 GMT to an incident at a property in Undley, situated near Lakenheath. Four fire crews, dispatched from Mildenhall, Brandon, Newmarket, and Bury St Edmunds, attended the scene, where six firefighters utilized hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze. According to the fire service, no casualties were reported, and an electrical fault is believed to be the cause of the fire. Emergency personnel successfully concluded their operations at 08:20, and all appliances have since departed the site. Images shared by the Brandon Fire Station depict the extensive devastation inflicted upon the bungalow’s interior. The property’s roof has incurred damage, and a significant volume of debris remains.
