A male teenager has died following a single-vehicle collision in County Donegal. The incident occurred on the R244 (Mountain Road) at Ballinlough, near Buncrana, shortly after 05:00 GMT on Sunday. Gardaí (Irish police) stated that the male teenager, who was the driver and the sole occupant of the car, sustained fatal injuries in the collision. The road is currently closed, and local diversions have been put in place. The local coroner has been informed, and arrangements are being made for a post-mortem examination. Gardaí have issued an appeal for anyone with information to make contact.
