A 64-year-old male individual lost his life in a single-vehicle collision that occurred in Aberdeenshire. He was declared deceased at the site of the incident, which took place on an unclassified road situated between the A980 at Torphins and the B9119 at Tornaveen. The event, involving a Skoda Octavia, is thought to have happened sometime between 23:15 on Thursday and 06:30 on Friday. Sgt Pete Henderson of Police Scotland indicated that investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are currently underway.
