The family of a man discovered deceased at a Warwickshire property has described him as a “joy and a treasure”. James Bosworth, 21, a Nottingham resident, was found dead in a building adjacent to a business on Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth, just after 18:00 GMT last Friday. Warwickshire Police reported that he had sustained multiple injuries. Stuart Baker, 43, residing at Etsome Terrace in Somerton, Somerset, faces charges of murder and possession of class A drugs. In a tribute to her son, Mr. Bosworth’s mother stated: “He was a joy and a treasure who lives on in spirit and in the hearts of his family, friends, and those blessed to know him.” She continued: “He was handsome, generous, quick-witted, clever, patient and kind. A bright, beautiful, and brave soul, adventurous and noble.” She further remarked that “He could easily bring a smile to anyone’s face, even on their worst days.” His father also commented: “He was a brilliant son, wiser than his years, a caring brother and much loved by all his family.” Mr. Baker was remanded in custody following a hearing at Warwick Crown Court, with another hearing set for the same court on 20 January.
