The loved ones of James Cochrane, a 67-year-old motorcyclist who lost his life following a collision in Falkirk, have offered tributes to the husband and father, referring to him as their “rock”. Mr. Cochrane’s motorbike was involved in a crash with a van on Thursday in Larbert, at the junction of Bellsdyke and Kincardine Road. Despite the attendance of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene. In a statement released by the family, his wife, Jackylyn, additionally characterized him as her closest friend and soul mate. She further stated: “Rest in peace my darling, until we meet again.” His daughters, Kelly and Stephanie, expressed: “We love and miss you Dad.” Police Scotland has appealed for anyone possessing information regarding the collision to get in touch with the police service.
