The family of an 18-year-old fatally injured in a motorbike collision has described him as a “force of nature” and a “fierce protector.” Lancashire Police stated that Patrick Sawicki “had come off his motorbike” in the crash on Navigation Way, Preston, just before 16:00 GMT on Sunday, and he died at the scene. In a released statement, his relatives conveyed: “At 18, Patrick lived more in his years than most could hope for in a lifetime.” Law enforcement officials have requested that anyone who observed the incident or possesses footage of it come forward. His family further remarked: “[Patrick] leaves behind a tapestry of beautiful memories and stories that will continue to inspire his family and friends.”Fierce protector of his friends against bullies and amazing brother to his siblings, he was one of a kind.”Immensely passionate about motorsports, cars, motorbikes or anything to do with mechanics, he died doing what he loved most.
