An 86-year-old man has passed away three days after being struck by a vehicle. South Wales Police reported that the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries following the collision with a blue Skoda Fabia in Sandfields, Port Talbot, which occurred around 17:45 GMT on Saturday. The 20-year-old driver was apprehended on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, operating a vehicle without a licence, and without due care and attention.
