Duran Duran to Perform at Devon Castle

Duran Duran is scheduled to perform at a Devon castle next summer, marking one of only two UK appearances for the band next year. The multi-award-winning group will grace the stage at Powderham Castle on July 3, 2025, to present their popular songs, including ‘Hungry like the Wolf’ and ‘Rio’. Two days later, they are slated to perform at Chelmsford City Live, held at Chelmsford City Racecourse. Oliver Mason, a promoter for Live Nation, commented that the event is anticipated to generate “a fantastic buzz to Exeter and be a huge boost for the local economy”. Duran Duran will be joined by Nile Rodgers and CHIC as headliners for the new music festival, Powderham Presents. Powderham Castle has the capacity to accommodate up to 25,000 individuals daily. Mr. Mason further stated, “To bring a stadium-filling, iconic band like Duran Duran, with such massive hits, to Devon is incredibly exciting.” Additional acts for the festival are expected to be announced.
