To submit photographs, individuals can utilize BBC Weather Watchers or send them to southweather@bbc.co.uk. For creative guidance, tips from three of England’s Big Picture photographers are available. When submitting images via email, specific accompanying information is required. While all submissions are accepted, preference is given to photographs captured within the last week. An archive of images is accessible on Instagram, identifiable by the hashtags #bbcdorset and #DorsetsBigPicture. Submission of images is subject to the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. Contributors to Dorset’s Big Picture grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive license for the material’s publication and use across all media globally. However, contributors retain copyright of their submissions, and accepted images will be published with the contributor’s name.
