Dorset’s Big Picture: County Image Submission Guidelines

The BBC encourages daily appreciation of Dorset’s beauty through user-submitted images. Images can be uploaded via BBC Weather Watchers or sent by email to southweather@bbc.co.uk. For inspiration, top tips from three of England’s Big Picture photographers are available. When emailing pictures, please ensure the specified information is included. While all submissions are welcome, those taken within the past week are more likely to be utilized. Archive pictures are available on Instagram, identified by the hashtags #bbcdorset and #DorsetsBigPicture. Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Dorset’s Big Picture, you grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and use the material as desired, across any media worldwide. It is important to note, however, that you retain copyright to your contributions, and if your image is accepted, your name will be published alongside it. The BBC cannot guarantee the use of all submitted pictures and reserves the right to edit comments.
