A delivery rider was intercepted while riding on a major motorway. Thames Valley Police confirmed the individual was operating an electric motorcycle, capable of reaching speeds of approximately 24mph, on the M4 near Maidenhead, Berkshire. Motorways are restricted to motorcycles with an engine capacity of 50cc or more. The force stated that the rider was escorted off the motorway and “sent on his way”.
