During the episode, the former Tottenham defender disclosed the player who presented the most significant challenge throughout his career, identifying Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva. Rose stated: “There’s only one that I didn’t enjoy and I don’t even think he’s even a winger – but Bernardo Silva.”I first played against him at Monaco and do you know when you just first look at somebody and you just think, ‘oh, I’ve got the better of him’.”He doesn’t look strong, but he was just two steps ahead every single time.
