Nevertheless, Manchester City and Arsenal are recognized for their potential to embark on extended winning streaks. Manchester City’s current performance represents an unfamiliar situation for the team; however, they remain a squad composed of Premier League and Champions League victors with a proven ability to secure wins and recover from setbacks. Should Liverpool secure a victory at Anfield this weekend, their status as title favorites would become more pronounced. Chelsea and Brighton are not included among the title contenders due to their inconsistent performance over the past few years. The aforementioned three teams have consistently challenged for the title over the last two or three seasons, which is seen as an advantage. Chelsea is observed to be a developing team, characterized by its younger age profile and less consistent results. Brighton exhibits a similar pattern, delivering strong performances alongside less favorable ones. The demanding fixture schedule in December and January is anticipated to create a divide, allowing teams with superior squad depth to establish a lead.
