A vintage luxury vehicle, previously owned by Madonna, did not find a buyer at auction. According to the auctioneers, the pop icon acquired the uncommon 1967 Jaguar Mark X 4.2 three years prior for her son, Rocco, and then divested of it a year subsequent to the purchase. The automobile was offered for sale on Saturday at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, carrying an estimated valuation between £16,000 and £22,000. Matthew Priddy of Historics Auctioneers stated that Madonna “used the car for photo shoots”. He commented, “This car is interesting because of who owned it.” Before the sale event, Mr. Priddy had indicated that its selling price might considerably exceed the projected estimate. Nevertheless, the vehicle did not sell despite generating interest and is still available for acquisition, as confirmed by the auctioneers. They further noted that the Jaguar model is considered “rare,” having been manufactured for only a two-year period. Also featured in the auction was a 1925 Ford Model T two-seat runabout, which has appeared in films and television productions, with an anticipated sale price ranging from £15,000 to £20,000. Its screen credits include films like Fantastic Beasts and Wicked Little Letters, alongside period television dramas such as Downton Abbey and Mr Selfridge. This particular vehicle was sold for £13,156. Post navigation Two Seriously Injured in Leeds City Centre Collision Traffic Delays Follow Another Collision at Frequently Struck Railway Bridge
