A boy has been apprehended following a robbery in Nottingham, during which a man was threatened with a machete. According to Nottinghamshire Police, the victim was also lunged at and had his bicycle stolen in Prestwick Close, Strelley, on Thursday night. The force indicated that the event transpired during a pre-arranged meeting to acquire an electronic item for the man’s bike. On Friday, a 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of robbery. Det Sgt Chris Mavers issued a statement, saying: “Investigations into this incident are still ongoing.
