Firefighters successfully extinguished a blaze at a disused former council building in Cornwall on Thursday. Emergency crews from Truro, Falmouth, and Tolvddon responded to the old Circuit House building in Truro around 15:45 GMT to address a “small fire.” The fire was brought under control using a main jet and a hose reel jet, with no injuries reported, according to the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service. This former council property, located on St Clement Street, is situated within the area designated for the stalled Pydar redevelopment scheme.
