A three-bedroom house is slated for auction with an initial guide price of £12,000, following a cautionary note that prospective buyers will be responsible for clearing a pigeon infestation from the property. This terraced dwelling, situated on Haig Road in South Shore, Blackpool, is located very close to the promenade; however, auctioneers have indicated it will necessitate a “strip out and re-fit”. Network Auctions stated that viewings were unavailable due to the property’s internal state, and their personnel had not conducted an inspection. Photographs from June 2023 depict multiple birds within the abandoned premises, which is covered in pigeon droppings.
