A man who proposed to his girlfriend during a basketball game stated that the couple “shot memories for a lifetime.” Carlo Vidal Miranda, a Peruvian national, proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Dianelis Feria-Menes, a Cuban national, during an interval at the Sheffield Sharks’ game against the Leicester Riders on Sunday. Mr. Vidal Miranda, 27, knelt down as Ms. Feria-Menes, 25, participated in a shoot-out challenge at the conclusion of the third quarter.
