Police officers were dispatched to Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, on Tuesday just before 20:15 GMT, where they discovered the victim suffering from head and facial injuries. The arrested man is 19 years old and is from the town. Dorset Police confirmed that the victim remains hospitalized and that his family has been notified.
