A police investigation into suspected arson has commenced following a fire at a public toilet. Guernsey Police stated that the incident occurred approximately 20:30 GMT on Wednesday within the female toilets located at the bus terminus in St Peter Port. Officers hold the belief that the fire, which resulted in “significant damage,” was deliberately ignited.
