A property firm has submitted an application to transform disused office premises in Wolverhampton’s city centre into residential units. BAAZ Property Holdings specifically intends to redevelop a section of the two-storey structure on Castle Street, previously occupied by Press Computer Systems. According to planning documents filed with the City of Wolverhampton Council, this initiative would yield 12 apartments, featuring both one and two-bedroom configurations. In addition, the real estate company is establishing a bar in a separate area of the building, with its opening anticipated this week, alongside the development of a beauty salon on the premises. Castle Street is situated adjacent to Wolverhampton’s bus station and lies just over a five-minute walk from both the city’s train station and its university.
