Charges have been brought against two additional individuals following a shooting incident that resulted in injuries to a man. The person who was shot, identified as being in his 40s, sustained the assault on October 11, on Charles Foster Street in Darlaston. West Midlands Police announced that Samir Khan, 18, and Dilawar Khan, 19, both residents of Small Heath, face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. Their court appearance is scheduled for Birmingham Magistrates’ Court. Prior to these developments, three other men were also charged and subsequently remanded into custody. The police force reiterated its appeal for witnesses or anyone possessing relevant information to come forward.
