Despite largely dominating play at Paisley, St Mirren struggled to convert opportunities into goals. Conor McMenamin posed a significant threat, and second-half substitutes Mikael Mandron and Roland Idowu notably impacted the game upon their entry. Stephen Robinson’s team did not manage to secure a spot in the top six; however, they remain only one point adrift of Dundee, who hold sixth place, and maintain a three-point lead over Ross County in eighth. The team is now set to travel to St Johnstone next weekend, aiming to re-enter the top half of the league standings.
