Teenager arrested following alleged knifepoint robbery at petrol station

Law enforcement officials have confirmed the arrest and ongoing detention of a 15-year-old male in connection with an alleged knifepoint robbery that occurred at a petrol station. Police personnel responded to a call at approximately 18:10 GMT on Wednesday, concerning a garage situated on Lansdown Road in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The call reported an aggressive teenager armed with a knife. According to police accounts, the boy, identified as being from Stroud, attempted to take items before spitting on the officers who subsequently took him into custody. Authorities are now requesting that anyone present in the vicinity, who may have recorded the event, or possesses relevant dashcam or CCTV footage, contact them.
