Arrest made in connection with fatal Cardiff stabbing

An individual has been apprehended on suspicion of murder following the death of a 43-year-old man in Cardiff. Emergency personnel were dispatched to Heol Trostre, situated in the St Mellons district of the city, on Tuesday at approximately 16:00 GMT, after reports of a stabbing. The immediate vicinity was secured by police, who have since verified the detention of a 20-year-old male from the Trowbridge area.
