An individual has entered a plea of not guilty to the murder and rape of a woman who was discovered with fatal injuries on a street in Wolverhampton. Police reported that Helen Kempster was found on Kingsland Road around 04:00 BST on June 16, 2022, and subsequently passed away a short time after her admission to hospital. Rahul Sharma, aged 32, residing on Hordern Road in Wolverhampton, made an appearance at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Thursday, where he formally denied both accusations.
