Accused in Court Over 21-Year-Old’s Murder

A man has been brought before the court, facing a murder charge in connection with the death of 21-year-old Phoenix Spencer-Horn. Her remains were located in an East Kilbride flat two days prior to the court hearing. Ewan Methven, aged 26 and also residing in East Kilbride, did not enter a plea or make any statement during his appearance at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday. The discovery of Ms Spencer-Horn’s body occurred on Monday afternoon at the flat situated on Glen Lee, within the South Lanarkshire town.
