Law enforcement personnel responded to a crash involving a pair of Ford transit vans—one black and one white—situated on the A46 Ashchurch Road in Tewkesbury, occurring around 07:40 GMT on 22 November. Accounts indicate that subsequent to a dispute between the two operators, one individual reportedly gripped the other’s throat, resulting in slight physical harm. A male, aged 42, residing in Swindon, was apprehended under suspicion of committing assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and has since been granted release on bail.
