Law enforcement personnel responded to a crash involving a pair of Ford transit vans—one black and one white—situated on the A46 Ashchurch Road in Tewkesbury, occurring around 07:40 GMT on 22 November. Accounts indicate that subsequent to a dispute between the two operators, one individual reportedly gripped the other’s throat, resulting in slight physical harm. A male, aged 42, residing in Swindon, was apprehended under suspicion of committing assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and has since been granted release on bail. Authorities are currently requesting additional witnesses to present themselves.
