Following Sunday’s Premier League match between Manchester United and Everton, supporters were invited to share their opinions. Below are some of the submitted comments: Yusuf remarked: “A good solid performance from United. We had good control in the second-half and Amad played brilliantly. Everton did have some chances but we were able to hold them off. Even with the result, there is still work to be done, but a positive start for Amorim.” Peter commented: “I thought it was a pretty decent display all-round. Amad was brilliant again and Zirkzee took his goals well. You can see he has a really good touch and vision, even though a few weeks back I thought he wasn’t good enough. But I heard someone who watches a lot of Italian football say that Amorim’s style could really suit him in a front three. Time will tell.” Nick stated: “I think there is a belief now that the joker has gone. He should never have been given an extension. We are far from the finished article, however there are signs that this guy is altering the mindset of the players positively and that is a good sign.” Tony observed: “So far so good. Let’s see what happens when we play Arsenal. It could be a good time to play Manchester City as well. I’m happy to see a positive goal difference.” Sandi Toksvig is joined by Gyles Brandreth, Lulu, Emmanuel Sonubi and Alan Davies Grab the mic for Queen, Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, Katy Perry and more… Ben Fogle and Kate Humble are back for the festivities at Longleat Safari Park From micro plastics in our air, soil, and waterways, to the extent of food waste at this time of year © 2024 BBC.
