The owners of Old Station House at Corbiere, a property that previously appeared on television, have submitted proposals to dismantle a substantial glass extension. The residence, currently listed for £2.95m and featured in the 2015 programme Homes by the Sea, had previously undergone controversial modifications to create a four-bedroom home. According to a recent planning application, an existing extension offering views north over St Ouen’s Bay is intended to be replaced by a new extension situated to the west, towards La Corbiere lighthouse. The applicants stated that “The proposed plans would not change the fabric of the original building.”
