Law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in connection with an ongoing investigation into a deadly hit-and-run incident. The incident, which occurred on Gleadless Road in Sheffield on Thursday around 20:32 BST, resulted in the death of a man in his 40s at the location. South Yorkshire Police have indicated that a black Volkswagen Golf is thought to have been involved and are calling on communities to aid their efforts to locate both the vehicle and its driver. Sergeant John Taylor, from the serious collisions investigation unit, stated: “A man has died, his family and friends have lost their loved one.
