Police are seeking witnesses following a report of an indecent exposure in Tonbridge. Officers were dispatched to an alleyway near Romney Way shortly after 15:30 GMT on Friday, 1 November, where the event occurred. According to Kent Police, a woman alleged that an unfamiliar man had “grasped at her” before she departed the scene uninjured and on foot. The man was described by police as being 5ft 6 inches tall, with dark hair and a dark beard, wearing a grey hoodie, and having hairy arms. Investigators indicated that the man is thought to have exposed himself prior to “grasping at the woman”. Authorities are requesting that any individuals who were in the vicinity between 15:00 GMT and 16:00 GMT on 1 November come forward with information.
