Condolences have been offered for an 18-year-old Hereford resident who lost his life in a vehicular collision. Billy Hollingsworth passed away following an incident involving a car and a heavy goods vehicle on the A4103 in Yarkhill during the early hours of Monday. Law enforcement officials stated that the driver of the car died at the scene, while the truck driver was transported to a hospital with severe injuries. In a social media post, Mr. Hollingsworth’s family conveyed their profound sorrow: “No words can describe the pain we feel at the loss of our beautiful Billy. We’re not sure how we are going to do life without him in it.” The family also expressed appreciation for the support they have received, adding: “We so, so appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received, but we’re broken.” They concluded their message with: “Our boy. We love you.” West Mercia Police is requesting that any witnesses or individuals possessing relevant dashcam footage come forward.
