Authorities have identified the 22-year-old man who died in a vehicle collision close to Annan in Dumfries and Galloway, with his family describing him as “the perfect son.” Lewis Chapman, a resident of Langholm, sustained fatal injuries in the crash, which occurred on the B6357 Annan-Cannonbie-Jedburgh Road around 20:25 on 13 December. Law enforcement officials are conducting an inquiry into the event.
